This ticket reception uses AXS Tickets. An AXS account registration is required.

Children aged 3 and over require a ticket. Children aged 2 and under are not permitted entry.

Tickets for this event must be transferred to accompanying guests.

If attending with multiple people, both the purchaser and accompanying guests are required to download the “AXS App (AXS Tickets).”

The purchaser / primary ticket holder cannot be changed after purchase.

Electronic tickets will automatically appear in the AXS App.

Please check your ticket list in the app after the scheduled ticket display start date and time.

This event is subject to Japan’s “Anti-Ticket Scalping Law.”

Tickets applied for and purchased will display the name entered at the time of application. Please note that only the person named on the ticket may be permitted entry.

To help prevent unauthorized resale, resale or transfer of purchased tickets to third parties is not permitted.

Tickets that are found to have been resold, offered for resale, or transferred may be invalidated, and entry may be refused.

Refunds and cancellations will not be available in such cases.

Please note that the organizers and related parties are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from resold tickets.

Photography, audio recording, and video recording inside the venue using mobile phones, cameras, or any other devices are not permitted at any time, including before, during, and after the performance.

If any such activity is confirmed, you will be required to leave the venue immediately.

Wheelchair accessible seats are not available through AXS Tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
